Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Air Care Restoration is committed to making its website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or display magnification. We believe that access to information about emergency restoration services should not depend on a visitor’s physical or cognitive abilities — especially when someone is dealing with a stressful situation like water damage or a house fire.

This site is built with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized benchmark for accessible web design.

What We’ve Done to Support Accessibility

Our site is structured to work with common assistive technologies. This includes the use of semantic HTML so that screen readers can interpret page structure accurately, descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast between text and background elements, and navigation that can be operated without a mouse. Form fields — including our contact form — are labeled so that assistive technology users can complete them without confusion.

We also aim to keep the language on this site plain and direct. Restoration emergencies are already overwhelming; the last thing a visitor needs is a website that’s hard to parse.

Known Limitations

We are a small, locally operated business and our website is an ongoing effort. Some content — such as third-party embeds or older documents — may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. We are actively working to identify and resolve gaps as they are found.

If you encounter a barrier on any page of this site, we want to know about it.

How to Report an Issue

If a page or feature is difficult or impossible for you to use, please contact us directly:

  • Phone: (325) 339-8723
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Mail: 2241 S 41st St Suite A, Abilene, TX 79602

When you reach out, please describe the page you were visiting, the assistive technology or browser you were using if known, and what you were trying to do. That detail helps us reproduce and fix the problem faster.

We are committed to responding to accessibility reports and addressing confirmed issues within a reasonable timeframe. We will not ask you to use a workaround as a permanent solution.

Alternative Access to Information

If any part of this site prevents you from getting the information you need, call us directly at (325) 339-8723. A team member can answer questions about our services, coverage area, or scheduling over the phone during business hours.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is not a one-time checklist. As we update content, add new pages, or change the site’s design, we review those changes against accessibility standards. We welcome feedback from users with disabilities as a practical guide to where we still have work to do.
