We serve the Abilene, TX area and surrounding West Texas communities. Contacting us does not guarantee service availability at your specific location. We will confirm coverage when you reach out.
Estimates
Any estimate we provide — written, verbal, or digital — is an assessment based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. It is not a binding contract. Pricing can change if hidden damage is discovered once work begins (for example, water behind walls or subfloor deterioration not visible during the initial walkthrough). A signed work-authorization form creates the binding agreement between you and Air Care Restoration.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, accepted methods, and any financing or insurance-assignment arrangements are detailed in your work-authorization form. We bill insurance carriers directly when authorized and can provide detailed damage documentation and estimates to support your claim, which can reduce your out-of-pocket responsibility to your deductible. Coverage and settlement decisions remain with the property owner and their carrier. Final payment obligations remain with the property owner unless a written assignment of benefits is in place.
Liability and Licensing
Air Care Restoration operates as a licensed contractor under applicable Texas regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in your signed authorization. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations unrelated to the loss, or damage that occurs after our work is complete and accepted.
Disputes
If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us directly first — most concerns can be resolved quickly. If a formal process becomes necessary, disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and venue is Taylor County.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
